Topan Fencing works across a wide range of business sectors, providing all our products and services as required. Our experience across the various sectors means that we have the expertise and qualifications to meet the operating requirements of a diverse group of clients.

1. Rail - We have a long established record of working in the rail sector. We have particular expertise in the installation of large lengths of stock proof fencing to prevent animal ingress onto rail property. Many of our fencers hold the necessary rail industry qualifications allowing them to work on rail property.
2. Highways - Our experience of roads has in the past been limited mainly to the installation of compound fencing and post and rail and stock fencing across the land adjoining road schemes. We are Sector Scheme 2A approved for the installation of roadside fencing, and use Sector Scheme 4 approved suppliers. We plan to expand our existing skills into the installation of safety fencing and associated equipment.
3. Utilities – We work for water, electricity, gas and communication companies, often providing secure boundaries around their various sites. We can also assist with temporary or permanent fencing along routes for new and rehabilitated mains installations.
4. Defence – Our experience in the defence sector includes the installation of security fencing, often within a high security environment.
5. Local Authorities – We help local authorities with their fencing needs on rights of way, local roads and other local authority property.
6. Education – We help with the fencing needs of a number of schools and colleges, and with the increased need for security we are often asked to upgrade existing fencing to provide a higher level of security.
7. Industrial/Commercial – We have a wide variety of clients who need to secure industrial and commercial premises, including sites such as out of town retail parks.
8. Housing – We work for property developers and housing authorities on housing estates where large quantities of fencing are required for new-build or refurbishment of estates.
9. Agriculture – Our origins are in the service of the agricultural sector, and we provide landowners (both private and public) with a service to ensure that their boundaries are well defined and able to control the movement of animals,pests and the public as required.
